Cold weather calls for something sweet with your brew. At All You Knead in Whittle-le-Woods and Haigh Woodland Park, we bake fresh treats daily at our Chorley bakery to pair with your coffee or tea.

Every morning, our bakers get to work on:
- Portuguese tarts – custard filling with a caramelised top
- Cinnamon swirls – soft, sticky, and made for dunking
- Chocolate éclairs – light choux pastry with cream
- Vanilla slices & Bavarian slices – layered cream and crisp pastry
- Coffee Renoir – filled choux pastry with coffee icing

When the temperature drops, Portuguese tarts are the clear winner – a bit of sunshine when the sky’s grey. Cinnamon swirls aren’t far behind, especially mid-morning when people need something warming. And our Coffee Renoir pairs brilliantly with, well, coffee.

We bake in small batches each morning at our bakery in Chorley. What you’re eating today was made today – that’s why the pastry flakes properly and the cream tastes lighter. No sitting around for days, just honest baking using traditional methods.
