At All You Knead, we’re passionate about making Real Bread – made simply with flour, water, salt, and natural leaven, free from additives or preservatives. This commitment extends to all our delicious baked goods, from handmade pies to delectable confectionery.
Our Story
Directors Craig and Julie Dugan first spotted the opportunity to start the business after visiting various local farmers’ markets and noticing a lack of freshly baked bread on offer. Realising there was good demand for it, they got to work baking small batches of bread using their domestic oven at home and selling their produce at the local markets.
Word quickly got around, and demand for their additive-free ‘Real Bread’ rapidly grew. All You Knead now operates from its own commercial bakery unit in Chorley, where we produce a large selection of baked goods daily.
