• Hello Haigh!!

So finally we have opened our new bakery / deli / coffee shop at Haigh Woodland Park in Wigan. A beautiful setting, we have taken over a unit in the old stable block. Customers can shop from our range of 'real bread', confectionery and the deli, and they can also enjoy a great coffee or freshly brewed tea with a sandwich, deli platter or slice of cake. We're feeling quite at home there already!

  • Hello 2016!

It's been a neglectful 6 months since my last post - how time flies!

2016 promises to be a very exciting year for All You Knead. In Spring we expand and open a new bakery / deli / coffee shop within the new Kitchen Courtyard at Haigh Hall country park, Wigan.

As with our Botany Bay shop, it will be open 7 days a week and will offer a more extensive deli range, our breads, pies, pastries and confectionery, sandwiches and hot and cold drinks. For the first time we will be able to offer seating and table service.

We will also be extending the range of products we produce in-house, thanks to our talented team of bakers - Craig, Tiago and Lauren.

So, plenty going on! We'll do our best to keep you updated on openings, new products, job vacancies and much more on here and through our Facebook and Twitter accounts.

    Happy New Year!!

  • The Pantry is looking full!

We have enjoyed sourcing new products for the deli and cheese shop. We visited the Deli and Farm Shop Show at the NEC in Birmingham in April. It was there we found one of our new additions - Proper Nutty, delicious peanut butter made in Yorkshire.

We now also stock Patchwork Pate, available both frozen and in jars, all are delicious, but those containing booze (and there are several!) are particularly good and well worth a try.

Why not call in and see our full range of fine foods and cheeses, we are open every day. Our next food fest at Botany Bay in on 25th & 26th July 2015.

  • March already!

    Hi All,

Can't believe our last post was in early November. Christmas is a distant memory, but we certainly haven't been resting on our laurels since then. We made the most of the quieter trading period in January to carry out yet more refurbishment works. We extended the existing shop so that we could incorporate the new deli, The Pantry.

2015 also saw Craig start his bread making classes at our bakery unit. The feedback so far has been very positive and the classes seem popular with budding home bread bakers.

In addition to the busy shop at Botany Bay, we continue to supply a growing number of restaurants, cafe's and deli's with some great new contracts won so far this year.

All in all, 2015 has the makings of a great year for the business. We hope to build on our great customer base. We have come to know many of our regulars and, as always, are grateful for all the support we continue to receive.
